Bodega Sierra de Mijas brings together our private tasting venue in La Sierrezuela and our ambition to create our own wine label. It grows from our family’s attachment to this corner of Andalusia, and a wish to share its wine, food and heritage.

THE PLACE THAT BECAME OURS
Andalusia stole our hearts on our first family visit. The mountain roads, olive groves, food and generous welcome drew us in. Exploring its wines gave us another way to understand the place, and another reason to stay curious.
Sierra de Mijas is where that connection becomes personal. Our ambition is to give something back to the place we love: to draw more attention to its wine culture, share its stories and help put Sierra de Mijas back on the world wine map.
That begins around a table, with a good bottle, something delicious to eat and time to talk. It also inspires the next chapter: a wine label of our own.
OUR WINE LABEL · IN DEVELOPMENT
We are developing our own wine label, inspired by Sierra de Mijas and closely following the authentic wine styles of Andalusia’s Denominaciones de Origen (DO), with our own twist.
The idea is simple: wines with a clear sense of place, made for the pleasure of the table. Wines that invite you to discover the grapes, traditions and people behind them, and to return for another conversation.
The project is taking shape. We will share the wines and release details here when they are ready.

AT BODEGA SIERRA DE MIJAS
Join Ilja for a relaxed private tasting that connects Andalusian wines with regional tapas and the stories behind the glass. Beginners bring their curiosity; experienced wine lovers can follow it further.
Personal tastings, masterclasses and private gatherings are arranged around your group. We confirm the venue and format individually, including suitable settings for groups of 15–20.
