BOOKING TERMS

Clear arrangements. A relaxed experience.

Every tasting begins with a conversation and a written quotation, so you know what is agreed before you book.

An enquiry starts the conversation

Submitting the form requests availability and a quotation. It does not reserve a date, guarantee a seat or create a confirmed booking. No payment is taken through the form. An acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request only.

What we agree before you commit

Your written quotation will identify the contracting business and its contact details, and set out the experience, date, venue, language, duration, group size, inclusions and total price, including applicable taxes and any additional charges. It will also explain payment arrangements, any deposit, cancellation conditions, the complaints route and the steps required to confirm. The required precontract information will be provided in Spanish and in the language agreed for your booking where applicable. You decide whether to accept after receiving those details.

When a booking is confirmed

A booking is confirmed only when the steps stated in your quotation have been completed and we have sent written confirmation. Keep the quotation and confirmation together: the agreed experience details form part of your booking terms. Any deposit and cancellation arrangements are those agreed in the quotation.

A suitable setting for your group

We agree the venue and format for each experience. Requests for larger groups, including groups of 15–20, may require an alternative venue; the enquiry form does not confirm the capacity of the private tasting room. Arrival details are shared with confirmed guests. Transport is included only if expressly stated in your quotation.

Age, food and practical requirements

Wine tasting participants must be 18 or over. Please raise dietary, accessibility and other practical requirements before accepting a quotation, so we can confirm what is possible. Do not enter medical details in the enquiry form. Allergen information must be available for the food served; an allergy-safe environment or a particular adaptation is not promised unless expressly agreed.

If your plans change

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. The cancellation and amendment conditions supplied with your accepted quotation apply, subject to your statutory rights. Any right of withdrawal, or the relevant exception for a dated leisure or catering service, will be explained before a binding booking is made.

If we need to change an experience

If we cannot provide the booked experience, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund for the cancelled service. Material changes to the agreed date, venue or format will be discussed with you. Nothing here limits any other remedy or mandatory consumer right that applies.

Winery visits and independent providers

The regional guides and winery directory are editorial resources. A directory listing does not confirm availability or create a booking with a producer. Visits booked directly with a winery or another provider are governed by that provider’s terms. Any separate service arranged by the academy will be identified in your quotation.

Questions or concerns

Write to us with your request or booking reference. We will review the issue with you. Your mandatory consumer rights and access to the competent courts and consumer authorities remain unaffected.
