HUELVA · THE WINERY GUIDE
Bodegas Sauci
Bollullos Par del Condado. Young white, Fino, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Oloroso and Vino Naranja.
The wines & the grapes
Young white, Fino, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Oloroso and Vino Naranja.
Zalema; Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez are specified for S’Naranja.
From vineyard to cellar
Biological ageing under flor is part of the cellar’s visitor interpretation. S’Naranja combines late-harvest Pedro Ximénez and Palomino Fino with alcohol macerated with bitter-orange peel, followed by more than ten years in American-oak criaderas and solera.
A sense of place
A parcel-specific soil profile is not established here. The regional guide introduces the broader landscape; individual vineyards can differ.
